A client can enhance their existing CRM application by adding a LiveOps CTI adapter. This solution provides LiveOps platform functionality within the context of a Salesforce or other client applications. The LiveOps CTI adapters enable the client to set agent state, receive phone calls, perform transfers and conferences, make outbound calls, and more. Data can be shared between the host CRM solution and the LiveOps adapter, giving agents a seamless call center experience.
