Type of Update Description
Bug fix # 1

Issue: In phone panel, the seconds counter stops working after the call duration crosses 59 minutes. For example, if the duration of a call is 1 hour 2 minutes and 45 seconds, phone panel would shows this as 01:02: instead of 01:02:45.

Fix: A six-character long timer will come into effect after the call crosses one hour. With this change, Phone Panel will display the duration timer in the format HH:MM:SS for calls longer than 59 minutes. No action is required to enable this new behavior.

Bug fix # 2

Issue: When an agent performs a conference or transfer and no are campaigns available, Phone Panel displays an incorrect background. The feature works as expected, but the changing background could confuse agents.

Fix: Phone Panel now displays the correct background with  message that indicates that there are no available campaigns if that is the case. No action is required to enable this new behavior.
