Outbound - September 9, 2015

Type of Update Description
Bug Fix #1

Issue — In some Call Center instances, leads with retries are being dialed twice, even though there are leads that have yet to be dialed.


Fix — Outbound now dials all leads with no attempts first. Once the leads have been dialed, it tries ones that are marked for re-dial again.

Bug Fix #2

Issue — Some NoWebs that are being cleared are not assigned to the representative who is clearing them. This occurs because Call Center assumed the the representative who took the call is always the one to disposition the call.


Fix — Call Center now looks at the ID of the Call Center instance and the ID of the representative to determine who dispositioned the call.
