Type of Update Description
Bug Fix #1

Issue—The Agent Status - Group report returns incorrect values in the Unavailable columns. In a number of cases, the columns displayed 0.00 even though agents did enter unavailable states during the day. 


Fix—The report now returns correct values in the Unavailable columns.
