With this release, this bug has been resolved.

Bug fix #2

Intermittently fails to display complete message interaction history when a contact is associated with more than one customer—for example, if two customers have the same e-mail addresses, and there is an unassigned message in the last position of the interaction history page, the agent might not be able to scroll further even if there are more messages. With this release, this bug has been resolved and the agent will be able to see the complete interaction history.

Bug fix #6 Updated Facebook integration with the new Facebook APIThe integration between Engage and Facebook has been upgraded to conform with the new API from Facebook.
