Version 9.11.2 of Call Manager will be released to customers in the period between June 1 and July 6, 2016. There will be no downtime or service impact

Type of Update Description
Bug Fix #1

Issue—LiveOps added support for localized ringtones, based on an agent's geographic location, in release 9.11.1 of CMX. However, when agents made outbound calls the localized ringtones continued to play after customers answered their phones.

 

Fix—This bug fix corrects the problem. When a customer answers their phone, the ringtone stops playing and the agent making the call and customer can now enter a conversation.
