Call Flow Authoring 2.4

Overview

This page provides a description of the changes to Call Flow Authoring 2.4, which was deployed on July 15, 2015. Changes are classified as:

  • Bug fix—refers to fixes that have been made to resolve problems in existing functionalities.
  • Enhancement—refers to improvements made to existing functionalities.
  • New feature—refers to new functionalities.

List of updates

 

Type of Update Description
Bug fix #1 Changing drop down selections reset unrelated fields—previously, changing a drop-down selection in Call Flow Authoring incorrectly reset unrelated values that were present in other fields. With this release, this bug has now been resolved. For more information, see the example that follows.

In the image above, the expected behavior is that when you change a selection in the Data Source drop-down list (label 1), the Inputs and Output (label 2) values will reset because they are specific to the selected data source. However, before this bug fix, changing an unrelated drop-down list, such as Select Agent with Pools (label 3) would also reset the Inputs and Output (label 2) values. This bug has now been fixed, and a given field(s) resets only when a drop-down list selection on which it is dependent changes.
