Call Center - October 11, 2017

Bug Fix #1

Issue—If the list of disposition codes in Phone Panel is too long, the scroll bar is not available and agents
can't access the full list of codes. 


Fix—We've added a scroll bar to the Disposition list. The full list of disposition codes is now accessible.

Bug Fix #2

Issue Unable to dial some numbers in Australia.


Fix—This bug fix corrects the new number validation for phone panel. 

Enhancement # 1

Note: Updates made to the No Web interface (increase maximum date threshold to 30 days and remove the 'Duration' column)

Enhancement # 2

Note: The Call Segment & Call Interaction report will now have the ability to display the attribute ID in addition to the Initial/Final data
