Type of Update Description
Bug Fix # 1

Issue—When incoming telephone numbers don't include a country a country code, Call Center interprets the first two digits of the number as the caller's country code. This causes calls made within the country where the Call Center is located to display as international calls. For example, a call from the California number 310-555-5555 will be displayed as a call from the Netherlands (which uses the country code 31).

This issue results in errors in the Call Segment Report.

 

Fix—Call Center now better detects and displays the country from which a call originates.
