Call Center - August 9, 2017

Type of Update Description
Bug Fix # 1

Issue—Agents who are hotdesking receive an error message if they change their state to Alert Me mode and then change their state again to Offline before being redirected to Alert Me.  

Fix—Updates have been made so that the agent goes offline as expected.

Bug Fix # 2

Issue—Disposition codes selected in Phone Panel that included a space are not displaying correctly in Salesforce Lightning and include a "+" symbol.  

Fix—Disposition codes are now being sent with the spaces displayed.
