Type of Update Description
Bug fix # 1

IssueWhen a user browses an account or opportunity, OpenCTI updates the Related To field and selects that account or opportunity. The updates generally aren’t related to the contact agent previously dialed, and OpenCTI saves incorrect data to the task log. 


FixThe drop down list associated with the Related To field now only displays the account or opportunity that a user browses in the Related To field. It no longer automatically selects that account or opportunity in the field. Users must select the desired value from the drop down list and save it.
