Bug Fix

We resolved an issue where workstations weren't showing as Available in the allocation list when an agent logged out or went offline. This issue occurred when agents used Phone Panel in Salesforce and embedded mode was on. 


Embedded Mode is enabled when the user's administrative attribute "sfdc-open-cti-proxy-ui" is set to No.
