Does Serenova Classic Voice enable me to record my own audio files?

Overview

Yes. While you have the option to procure media recordings from any voice talent vendor of your choice, the Serenova Classic voice platform offers a phone-in method to enable you to record media files directly into the platform without the need to use an external resource.

Resolution

To use the Phone-in method to record your own media:

  1. Go to Configure > Call Assets > Audio Library
  2. Open the Audio Catalog (or create a new) where the audio file should be stored
  3. Either edit an existing audio file or create a new one
  4. Click on the "Phone In Audio" tab
  5. Click on the "Request Phone in Update" button and follow the instructions provided.
  6. Repeat this process for additional media files you wish to record.
