You will need to add the agent as a speed dial target and then link the agent to a specific list. You will also need to make sure that the campaign is enabled for speed dial transfers.
To add the agent as a target:
- Log in to Call Center.
- From the top menu, select Configure > Speed Dial > Targets.
- Click Add New Target.
- Click on the Targets tab.
- At the bottom of the page, click Add target to list.
If needed, perform the following steps to add the agent to the correct list:
- From the top menu, select Configure > Speed Dial > Lists.
- Click Edit next to the list you want to add the agent to.
- Complete all the details and ensure that Target Type is set to Agent, and that the correct agent is selected.
- Select the agent.
- Click Save.
