Resolving the agent not showing in transfer list issue

You will need to add the agent as a speed dial target and then link the agent to a specific list. You will also need to make sure that the campaign is enabled for speed dial transfers.

 

To add the agent  as a target:

 

  1. Log in to Call Center.
  2. From the top menu, select Configure > Speed Dial > Targets.
  3. Click Add New Target.
  4. Click on the Targets tab.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Add target to list.

 

If needed, perform the following steps to add the agent to the correct list:

 

  1. From the top menu, select Configure > Speed Dial > Lists.
  2. Click Edit next to the list you want to add the agent to.
  3. Complete all the details and ensure that Target Type is set to Agent, and that the correct agent is selected.
  4. Select the agent.
  5. Click Save.
