Kill Inbound Transfer error message

Customer's case description: When agent was on a call he got the error message "kill inbound transfer call".

 

This generally occurs when the agent tries to kill a transferred call which has been transferred the second time, which can be like an agent is making a transfer request which in turn is making a further transfer. Now when the agent tries to kill the first transfer, it gives the error, as the first transfer doesn't exist anymore. It has moved to the next transfer.

 

However for detailed investigation, we would have needed the debug id.
