Tasks not created in Salesforce

This could be a Salesforce permissions issue - the agent may not have the correct permissions for one of the types of tasks (leads or cases) that need to be created.

 

When the task is successfully created, there is a link to the new object created in Phone Panel. If there is no link appearing, we need the agent to collect the debug ID so we can learn why there was a failure. The agent can follow the Capture Debug ID instructions to obtain the debug ID, which needs to be examined by the Help Desk.
