Call Hold


To place a call on Hold:


  1. You must be on a call whose Campaign has been configured to allow the Hold feature.
  2. Click the Hold button located in the Line 1 panel.
  3. While on a conference, you can place the second Agent's line on hold by clicking the Hold button on the Line 2 panel.


To retrieve a call from Hold:


  • Click the Hold button again.

  • When a line is on hold, the Hold button changes color and the length of time line has been on hold shows as a timer in the Line panel.
