  1. Custom Parameters

Custom Parameters states what parameters can be defined as part of a proactive offer rule. Custom parameters are used when implementing the Visitor Tracking code into your website.

 

Screen displays;

 

Parameters are displayed in name.

 

  • Name
  • Parameter name.
  • Created
  • Date the parameter was created.
  • Edit
  • Click on the edit button to make modifications to the parameter.
  • Delete
  • Click on the delete button to delete an existing parameter, then confirm you wish to delete it or select cancel to retain it.
  • Add Parameter
  • Click on add button to add a new custom parameter to the system.

 

  1. Add and Maintain a Custom Parameters

To add a new custom parameter, click on the Add Parameter button.

 

Screen displays;

 

  • Name
  • Parameter name is a required field.

 

Entered the required details, and save the new custom parameter. The created date will be automatically set when the new custom parameter is saved.

 

To maintain an existing parameter, click on the Edit button for the required custom parameter.

 

Screen displays;

 

Updated the required details, and save the existing parameter.

 

  • Save
  • Click on the save button to save the existing parameter.
  • Close
  • Click on the close button to close the existing parameter without saving any changes.
  • Delete
  • Click on the delete button to delete an existing parameter, then confirm you wish to delete it or select cancel to retain it.
  • Only available when maintaining an existing parameter.
