Unable to see Multichannel on my Internet Explorer

 

  • Check that user has Internet Connectivity by logging in to another external website address (e.g. www.google.com) 

 

Action to take after testing:

  • Other websites (eg. www.google.com) is visible on my computer but Multichannel is not visible:
  • Contact LiveOps support

 

No websites are visible on my computer: 

  • The site may be having system outage.  Contact the agents internal Helpdesk.

 

User logs in but isn’t taken to home screen

 

The user may have a shortcut to a particular section of the application that is not the home page.  Check the user is using the base site URL as supplied to you at site deployment and has this as the link for their Multichannel favourite in IE.
