Retreive Log from Engage

Step1. Click on the 'about' link at the top right corner of the Engage panel.

 

A screen will pop up and there will be two tabs:

 

            Tab 1. Log

 

            Tab 2. Voice Log

 

Step 2. Copy all the logs from both the tabs and send it to us.

 

Note: The logs should be captured when the agent is facing the problem without closing the Engage

          phone panel.
