Errors that the agent may be seeing that could need your clarification are;
Message Manager

The user has attempted to close one or more messages that have been skilled to a skill the user is not setup for. All non-skilled messages and messages the user is skilled for will be closed, only those that the user is not skilled for will remain open. - You do not have the user rights to process current message(s)
Although the maximum number of concurrent messages has not been reached, the user does not have sufficient access rights to another message.
Message Console

- You do not have the appropriate skills to process the message
- You do not have the user rights to process current message(s)
