Test the posting from Facebook to the page that you are administering within Multichannel.
Send a post out of Multichannel to the Facebook page you are administering within Multichannel.
Should the test inbound message not arrive or the test outbound message gets set to ‘failed delivery’ in Multichannel then it is possible that the following has occurred within Facebook for the account we are monitoring:
