An error occurred on the server and has been logged

Engage message, “An error occurred on the server and has been logged.”

Please advise agent to perform below steps:

1) Completely log-out from LiveOps.
2) Clear browser cookies and cache.
3) Restart browser.
4) Login to LiveOps, and open Engage.

Clearing the browser cookies and cache will reset the components used by LiveOps to the initial state, and will resolve any cookies-related problem. Please follow the above steps and share your results with us.
