  1. General Settings – Incident Manager Settings

 

The functionality for any form of Incident / Case Management is not available in this release of MC.

 

This setting will only appear if your site is using the Incident Manager – in which case these will be set by your support person at the time of site / incident manager set up.

 

The incident settings tab displays:

 

 

 

  • Incident Queue Update Interval (hh:mm:ss)
  • The frequency that your Incident Screen is to be updated / refreshed from the Database
  • Closed Incident Display Time (hh:mm:ss)
  • This is the time that an incident will remain on the incident screen once it is set to a closed state.  After this elapsed time any closed incidents will be removed from the screen.
  • Mandatory Resource Allocation for Incidents
  • If for each incident it is mandatory for a resource to be allocated to the incident then this field should be ticked.

 

General Settings – Case Manager Settings

This setting will only appear if your site is using the Case Manager – in which case these will be set by your support person at the time of site / case manager set up.

 

The case settings tab displays:

 

 

 

  • Case Queue Update Interval (hh:mm:ss)
  • The frequency that your Case Screen is to be updated / refreshed from the Database
