A new field has been added to General Settings – User Interface Settings for Report Render Limit. The field is only visible to resellers and support people.   This field will define the maximum number of rows to be returned when a report displays. Once this limit is reached there will be no data displayed in the grid once your report has been run but rather the following message will display;

Clicking on ‘Download report instead’ will export a csv version of the entire report. There is still the options to export to both txt and csv file.  Exporting a report will still export all possible reporting rows.

The default Report Render Limit for all newly deployed / upgraded sites is set to 5000. If a report contains more than 5000 rows, the report will no longer display in the report grid.
