- CRM Sync Items By Date Report
This report displays the results of the synchronization of contact and lead records between LiveOps Engage and Salesforce.com over a specific period. Records are gathered in a batch and that batch is synchronized between LiveOps Engage and Salesforce.com.

| - The unique identifier of the job.
|
| - The unique identifier of the Salesforce.com batch to which the job belongs.
|
| - Information that Salesforce.com returns when it synchronizes data with LiveOps Engage. The index indicates the job to which a record belongs.
|
| - A message indicating a problem with the record that was synchronized – for example, MALFORMED_ID:Lead ID: id value of incorrect type: Contact1_105.
|
| - The type of record that was synchronized – either Customer or Lead.
|
| - The direction of the synchronization – either Out (to Salesforce.com) or In (to LiveOps Engage).
|
| - The unique numeric identifier for the LiveOps Engage customer object.
|
| - The date and time on which the synchronization was attempted.
|
| - The status of the synchronization attempt – either Error, Processed, or Invalid.
|
| - The error message (if any) that was generated when a problem occurred.
|
- Job Status by Date Report
This report displays the status of the bulk synchronization of contact or lead records between LiveOps Engage and Salesforce.com over a specific period. That period can be:
- Today
- Yesterday
- The last week
- The last month
- A specific day, week, month, year, or a range of dates

| - The type of record that was synchronized – either Customer or Lead.
|
| - The direction of the synchronization – either Out (to Salesforce.com) or In (to LiveOps Engage).
|
| - The unique identifier of the job.
|
| - The unique identifier of the batch to which the job belongs.
|
| - The date and time on which the synchronization was attempted.
|
| - The total number of records that were in the batch.
|
| - The number of records that are waiting to be synchronized.
|
| - The number of records that were abandoned during the synchronization process.
|
| - The number of records that did not synchronize due to errors.
|
| - The number of records that were successfully synchronized.
|
- Exceptions CRM report By Date
This report displays any critical exceptions caused by errors that prevented records from being synchronized between LiveOps Engage and Salesforce.com. You can use the information in this report to identify and troubleshoot problems.
You can run a report for any of the following periods:
- Today
- Yesterday
- The last week
- The last month
- A specific day, week, month, year, or a range of dates

| - The type of record that was synchronized – either Customer or Lead.

| - The direction of the synchronization – either Out (to Salesforce.com) or In (to LiveOps Engage).
|
| - The unique identifier of the batch to which the job belongs.
|
| - The date and time on which the synchronization was attempted.
|
| - One of the following: Error, Pending, or Invalid.
|
| - The error message that was generated when an exception occurred – for example, Customer is inactive.
|
| - The unique identifier of the job.
|
| - The unique identifier of the batch to which the job belongs.

| - Information that Salesforce.com returns when it synchronizes data with LiveOps Engage. The index indicates the job to which a record belongs.
|
| - The status of the synchronization attempt – either Error, Processed, or Invalid.
|
| - One of the following: Complete, Error, Pending, or Invalid.
|
- Record Status By Job ID Report
This report returns information about any errors that occurred when a job containing one or more records was synchronized with Salesforce.com.

To run the report, you must enter the ID of the job on which you want to report in the Job ID field.

You can find the ID of a job by running either the CRM Sync Items by Date report or the Job Status by Date report.
