Schedule a Message for Later Delivery

 

You can schedule delivery of email, SMS, Twitter and Facebook messages for a specified time in the future.

  1. Create your message.
  2. Click the Send Later button.
  3. Enter the date and time to send the message. You can use the calendar widget and time slider or you can type in a date and time directly.
  4. Click the Done button to accept the new date and time.
  5. Click the Schedule button.

Your message will be sent at the scheduled time.

 

To type in a date, follow the format displayed in the schedule field. The default date format is DD Mon YYYY. E.g., 10 Sep 2013

 

Editing a Scheduled Message

You can change a scheduled message prior to delivery:

  1. Locate the message in your task list or in the customer's message history.
  2. Open the message by clicking on its header.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. You can then update the messaged details, as needed.
  5. To change the delivery date, use the calendar widget.
  6. To send the revised message immediately, click Send.
  7. To send the message at currently scheduled date and time, click Reschedule.
  8. To delete the message entirely, without sending, click Discard.
