Schedule a Message for Later Delivery
You can schedule delivery of email, SMS, Twitter and Facebook messages for a specified time in the future.
- Create your message.
- Click the Send Later button.
- Enter the date and time to send the message. You can use the calendar widget and time slider or you can type in a date and time directly.
- Click the Done button to accept the new date and time.
- Click the Schedule button.
Your message will be sent at the scheduled time.
To type in a date, follow the format displayed in the schedule field. The default date format is DD Mon YYYY. E.g., 10 Sep 2013
Editing a Scheduled Message
You can change a scheduled message prior to delivery:
- Locate the message in your task list or in the customer's message history.
- Open the message by clicking on its header.
- Click the Edit button.
- You can then update the messaged details, as needed.
- To change the delivery date, use the calendar widget.
- To send the revised message immediately, click Send.
- To send the message at currently scheduled date and time, click Reschedule.
- To delete the message entirely, without sending, click Discard.
