  • Message Type
  • The channel that was broadcasted out on
  • Queue
  • The queue that was broadcasted out on
  • Category Name
  • The category name assigned to the template message used for this broadcast
  • Sent Error Count
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast where the message is not in a state of sent or ready to send
  • Message Count
  • The total # of messages that were generated for this broadcast
  • Sent Count
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast that are in a state = sent
  • Successful Delivery
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast that we know have been successfully delivered
  • Failed Delivery
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast that we know have failed to be delivered

  • Name
  • The channel that was broadcasted out on
  • Message
  • Links to the message within the message console, note you will need to re-run report when you have clicked on this link
  • Sent Date
  • The date this message was sent out of the application
  • Sender
  • The details of the sender of this message
  • Receiver
  • The individual receiver details for the channel – i.e. the email address sent in to
  • Receipt
  • The receipt date / time stamp from the Telco / Email Server
  • Delivery
  • The delivery status applicable to the receipt (delivered, errored)
  • Message
  • The short message text applicable to the message
  • Contact
  • The primary contact from the customer record
  • Customer Ref1
  • The Customer Ref1 details from the customer record applicable to this message
  • Customer Ref2
  • The Customer Ref2 details from the customer record applicable to this message
  • Category
  • The category assigned to this outbound message
  • Created
  • The userid of the person who created this outbound message

 

  1. Broadcast Delivery Summary

 

 

  • Message Type
  • The channel applicable to this message
  • Delivery Status
  • The delivery status for the messages in the nominated queue
  • Queue
  • The message queue for outbound messages that match this delivery status
  • Count
  • The total number of messages applicable to the message type / delivery status / queue

 

  1. Broadcast Failures

 

 

  • Click on the customer icon for a new window to be opened with the Customer Console displaying the customer applicable to the row on the report. Close this window when finished to return to the report.
  • Date / Time
  • The date / time stamp that this message failed for this broadcast
  • Failure Type
  • Where in the broadcast process that the failure occurred
  • Error
  • The reason why we failed to generate a message to this customer
  • inactive customer
  • no mobile number   
  • no email address 
  • no fax number
  • no compatible short code
  • sms channel blocked – sms customer contact is not contactable
  • email channel blocked – email customer contact is not contactable
  • fax channel blocked – fax customer contact is not contactable
  • Sender
  • The applicable queue that was used for this failed message
  • Receiver
  • The applicable receiver of this failed message
  • Message Type
  • The type of message (email, sms for example or unknown if no message was actually created)
  • CustomerRef1
  • The CustomerRef1 from the customer record for this failed message
  • CustomerRef2
  • The CustomerRef2 from the customer record for this failed message
  • First Name
  • The First Name from the customer record for this failed message
  • Last Name
  • The Last Name from the customer record for this failed message
  • Status
  • The status from the customer record for this failed message (ticked = active, unticked = inactive) for this failed message
  • Preferred Channel
  • The applicable Preferred Channel from the customer record for this failed message
  1. Broadcast Non Responders Report

 

This report displays the selected broadcast’s customers where the customer has failed to reply within the specified time frame.

  • Both broadcast and time fields are mandatory.
  • If a customer received both a SMS and Email Message and they have not responded to either in the timeframe being reported on then the customer will only appear on this report once.

 

 

  • Click on the customer icon for a new window to be opened with the Customer Console displaying the customer applicable to the row on the report. Close this window when finished to return to the report.
  • Customer Ref1
  • The customer ref1 detail from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Customer Ref2
  • The customer ref2 detail from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • First Name
  • The first name from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Last Name
  • The last name from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Email Address
  • Primary email address from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Mobile
  • Primary mobile number from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Fax
  • Primary fax number from the customer record applicable to this row.

 

  1. Broadcast Responders Report

This report displays the selected broadcast’s messages where the customers have replied to an outbound broadcast message, within the specified time frame.

  • Both broadcast and time fields are mandatory.

 

 

 

  • Click on the customer icon for a new window to be opened with the Customer Console displaying the customer applicable to the row on the report. Close this window when finished to return to the report.
  • Customer Ref1
  • The customer ref1 detail from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Customer Ref2
  • The customer ref2 detail from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Sender
  • The sender details for this message.
  • First Name
  • The first name from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Last Name
  • The last name from the customer record applicable to this row.
  • Message
  • Click on the message icon for a new window to be opened with the message details applicable to the row on the report. Close this window when finished to return to the report.
  • Message
  • This is the short message text applicable to the message.
  • Channel
  • The channel applicable to this message.

  • The queue that this message was sent on.
  • Date
  • The date/time stamp that the response message was received into Multichannel.
  • Category Name

  • The date / time that this broadcast started
  • Broadcast Name
  • The name given to the broadcast
  • User
  • The user assigned to the broadcast
  • Sent
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast that are in a state = sent
  • Bounced
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast that have bounced
  • Opened
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast that were opened by a user
  • Opened Total
  • The total number of times the messages applicable to this broadcast were opened
  • Clicked
  • The total number of times any tracked links were clicked on by all users
  • Send Errors
  • The total number of messages applicable to this broadcast where the message is not in a state of sent or ready to send
  • Total Customers
  • The total number of customers that were in the broadcast
