This report displays the selected broadcast’s customers where the customer has failed to reply within the specified time frame.
- Both broadcast and time fields are mandatory.
- If a customer received both a SMS and Email Message and they have not responded to either in the timeframe being reported on then the customer will only appear on this report once.
