IE 11 Dashboard and Known Issues (Fix)

Resolution:  (Enabling Compatibility Mode)

  1. Open IE 11 Browser
  2. Go to your LiveOps Call Center Login page.
  3. Before Signing in, Press “Alt” Key then “Tools” or click the settings wheel .  If the Menu Bar is enabled, you can also go directly to the “Tools” option.
  4. Under the drop-down list, select “Compatibility View Settings” option.
  5. Under the Compatibility View Settings window, Click “Add” button.  Then click "Close" button.  Page will refresh.
  6. Login.
