How to create a general Block Call feature

Overview

Follow the below steps to create a blocked number feature within your CxEngage call center.

Create List

Step 1: Create a List from the Configuration -> Lists top menu option within the administration section.

Create re-usable Flow

Step 2: Create a re-usable flow that performs an API call to your new list and check if the inbound caller exists within the list.

Add flow into Parent

Step 3: Add your new re-usable flow in the beginning of your customer flow:
