External Forwards from the Flow is not working

Overview

Forward notation configured within the call flow is not sending the call to the number specified and ending within an error message heard.

Resolution

You may have a configuration problem within the notation itself. See below screen shot. If you are sending calls to an external number, ensure to select the PSTN option and specify the number in international format within double quotes.
