Calls are getting stuck on the Real-time Dashboard

Overview

Completed calls are still showing on the real-time dashboard.

Resolution

Various call flow configuration errors can cause calls to remain on the real-time dashboard even though they have completed. Ensure to have the correct disconnect signals for both agents and customers in place during the call flow configuration.

 

1. Some of those scenarios can be missing customer disconnect signals after conference start:
