Agents receive an 8000 error message when opening the Skylight Product.
The 8000 error message is displayed when your Chrome web browser cannot access your headset microphone. Please follow below steps:
1. Ensure your headset is plugged snuggly into the USB slot.
2. Ensure the headset is the default device (Local Machine)
3. Check Chrome Microphone Allow / Blocked Settings
Ensure your headset is plugged in, set to the default device & allowed within your Chrome web browser before opening the Skylight product.
