Agents receive a 11068 error message when performing outbound calls.
The 11068 error message are displayed when you do not have enough role permissions:
Step 1: Open the Roles configuration from the top menu, this can only be performed by call center Administrators.
Step 2: Select the Roles the agents are linked to.
Step 3: Add the below permission sets to the Role:
OUTBOUND_IDENTIFIER_MODIFY
OUTBOUND_IDENTIFIER_READ
OUTBOUND_IDENTIFIER_CREATE
OUTBOUND_IDENTIFIER_ASSIGN
