Agents Only Receive One call and have to log out

Overview

Agents accept a work offer and finish the call. Agents do not receive another call unless they logout and back into the platform.

 

Root Cause

You may have an incorrectly configured call flow on the resource section. Please see below screen shots:

Conclusion

Notice in this resource call flow, the Free Resource and Disconnect notations was reversed in the top image. Always ensure the disconnect is at the end of a resource flow.
