Retrieve Voice Log
Step 1. Click on the 'About' link in the upper right hand corner of the screen on the Engage phone panel.
This will bring up a window with two tabs – Logs and Voice Logs.
Step 2. Select and copy the contents of the Log tab and paste it into a Notebook text file and save file.
Step 3. Click on the 'Voice Log' tab, Select and copy the contents of the Voice Log tab and paste the contents into a Notebook text file and save the file.
Send both the saved files to us via email or attach them to the case. The debug logs should be captured immediately after the issue occurs without closing the phone panel.
