Retrieve Debug ID

 

Step 1.   Launch the phone panel


Step 2.   Click on the 'Tools' tab


Step 3.   Click on the 'Send Debug Log' icon 


Step 4.   At bottom of the screen a reference tracking number (Debug ID) will be generated 

 

Step 5.  Click on the 'Send Debug Log' icon

 

If the 'Send Debug Log' icon is not available then 


Step 1. Go to the 'Log Tab' 


Step 2.  Input the word "/send-debug" in the text box in bottom of phone panel and click the enter button 
            The Reference tracking number (Debug ID) will be generated that you will need to capture and send to us.

Please note that debug logs are only for the time in which the phone panel was opened. Meaning that if you've experienced an issue with phone panel you would need to collect the debug log before closing the phone panel window for it to contain the relevant information needed for troubleshooting.
