How to use the Block Number Feature

 

Step 1. Login into your call center.

 

Step 2. Go to "Routing" and then go to "Blocked ANI's"

 

Step 3. Click on the button "New Blocked ANI"

 

Step 4. Enter the details and save the Changes

 

You can also unblock a previously blocked number at a later stage.
