How to Retire a Call Flow

 

Step 1: Open Call flow to be retired (in Edit Mode)

Step 2: Click on the icon with the double-arrow next to the call flow name... it will expand the Details section

Step 3: Set the Status to 'Retired' (available only when call flow is not mapped to any campaign) 

Step 4: Click Update Details

 

TIP: If you need to identify all the Campaigns that are associated with the flow, click on the Log tab, and locate the Campaign drop-down list. This will show all the campaigns that are linked to the flow.

If the status drop down to change from active to retired is greyed out due to it still being linked to an active campaign, you can determine what campaigns are linked by going to the "Logs" tab in the call flow. There will be a drop down to select what campaign to view the logs for.
This drop down will list all active campaigns still associated with this call flow.
