How to Turn on Call Recordings

 

Steps to turn on Call Recordings

 

Step 1: In the call center go to "Routing" and then click on "Campaigns" 

Step 2: Search for the campaign and click on "Edit Campaigns" 

Step 3: Click on the "Recording" tab 


Step 4: Turn Audio Recording on and click "Save Changes" 

 

You will also have to turn call recordings on at the User level

 

Step 1: In the call center go to "User Accounts" and then click on "Edit Users" 

Step 2: Search for the user and click on "Edit" 

Step 3: Click on the "Recording" tab 


Step 4: Turn Audio Recording on and click "Save Changes"
