Call is both Answered and Abandoned
The call below in yellow is an “Abandon” call, because both the Agent talk time and caller talk time is 0 seconds. And, it’s showing as “Answered,” as it was assigned to an agent. The call was instantly disconnected within a fraction of second. Hence the call is showing as both “Answered Segment” and “Abandon.”
This call can be also seen as “Answered Abandon” in Reporting tool.
