Agent unable to log in to LiveOps

 

Check the agent’s profile to make sure he is assigned to a group such as “Agent.” 

 

The agent might be accessing the incorrect URL, ensure the agent always access https://yourcallcenter.hostedcc.com. The agent will be directed to the correct login based on his group setup.
