Customizing the Transfer Conference number
This is the solution for the issue in which “the number that the external recipient of a transfer or conference call sees is the ANI of the customer, not of the call center.”
In the On Call section of the call flows that agents use when calling external third parties, it is desirable to enter the desired ANI in the Custom ANI field as below:
Using this setting, the original caller’s ANI will no longer pass through to the third party.
