Changing campaign incoming numbers

Overview

Please follow the below steps to change the incoming numbers for your campaigns if they are already provisioned with the LiveOps Call Center.

Resolution

 

Step 1. Log into the Call center as the Admin user.

Step 2. Navigate to “Routing –> Incoming #s” from the top menu in the Call Center 

- This will open a list all the configured numbers for the Call Center.

 

Step 3. Click the check box next to the number to be changed 

Step 4. Click the “Edit Number” button at top of list 
              - This will open a pop up box 

Step 5. Click the “Campaign” checkbox to activate the drop down list 

Step 6. Select the desired campaign 

Step 7. Click “Save Changes”
