Call Flow Authoring

 

If the Data menu looks like the below, it is necessary to make some changes: 

There is a “/dataex/EditPadlock” in the Group settings.  Make sure it is enabled.

Also make sure in the Call Center Settings that “Call Flow-based Campaigns” is set to “2”.

 

Once this is done, the menu should look like this:
