Changing Another User's Time Zone

Contact Center Administrators can set an individual user's time zone:

  1. Select the User Accounts menu, then select Edit User
  2. Using the Search options, locate the user or group of users you want and select them with the check boxes
  3. Click that user's Edit link in the Actions column

  1. Select the User Preferences tab
  2. Set the user timezone attribute using the drop down menu

  1. Click Save Changes
  • You must have Contact Centers Administrator privileges to edit another user's account.
