Changing Another User's Time Zone
Contact Center Administrators can set an individual user's time zone:

- Select the User Accounts menu, then select Edit User
- Using the Search options, locate the user or group of users you want and select them with the check boxes
- Click that user's Edit link in the Actions column

- Select the User Preferences tab
- Set the user timezone attribute using the drop down menu

- Click Save Changes
- You must have Contact Centers Administrator privileges to edit another user's account.
