Changing Multiple Users' Time Zone

Contact Center Administrators can set time zones for multiple users at once:

 

  1. Select the User Accounts menu, then select Edit User
  2. Using the Search options, locate the user or group of users you want and select them with the check boxes
  3. Click the Edit Attribute... button

  1. Use the Attribute drop down menu to select the timezone attribute
  2. Select the time zone string from the Attribute Value drop down menu

  1. Click the Apply Change button
