Changing Multiple Users' Time Zone
Contact Center Administrators can set time zones for multiple users at once:
- Select the User Accounts menu, then select Edit User
- Using the Search options, locate the user or group of users you want and select them with the check boxes
- Click the Edit Attribute... button

- Use the Attribute drop down menu to select the timezone attribute
- Select the time zone string from the Attribute Value drop down menu
