How to block spam calls & Robo Calls


Are your call center receiving a lot of Spam and Systemic calls resulting in one way audio?


After completing this how-to you will have the ability to stop 80% of spam calls to your call center including monthly reporting on these events.


First Step

Begin by logging into your Twilio sub-account.

Second Step

On the left menu panel, click on All Products and Services.

Third Step

Scroll down to Marketplace and click on Add-ons.

Fourth Step

Look for the Nomorobo Spam Core service and click on it.

Final Step

Click on Install and activate it for Voice.
